The manufacturer adjusts and optimizes the samples according to the customer's opinions until the customer confirms that the samples are qualified.

Mold making: If mold forming is required, make the mold according to the design drawings. The precision and quality of the mold directly affect the production efficiency and product quality of the toy. After the production is completed, the mold needs to be tested and debugged to ensure that the mold can be used normally.

Parts production: According to the production process requirements, the raw materials are processed to produce various parts of the toy. This may involve multiple processes such as injection molding, stamping, cutting, sewing, and painting. Each process link needs to strictly control the quality to ensure that the dimensional accuracy, appearance quality and performance of the parts meet the requirements.

Assembly and assembly: transport the produced parts to the assembly workshop and assemble them according to the assembly drawings. During the assembly process, each component needs to be inspected and debugged to ensure that they can be installed and matched correctly to ensure the overall function and appearance of the toy.

Finished product inspection: After the toy is produced, a comprehensive finished product inspection is carried out. Delivery: Arrange transportation to deliver the goods to the customer in a timely and safe manner according to the delivery time and place specified by the customer. Paper product service process:

Plate preparation: According to the design documents determined by the customer, select appropriate plate making materials and processes, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the prepared printing plate, including graphic content, dimensional accuracy, dot quality, plate surface quality, etc., to ensure that the printing plate meets the printing requirements.

Formal printing: After the trial printing is qualified, formal printing production is carried out. During the printing process, the printing quality must be strictly controlled, and the quality of the printed products must be checked regularly.

Packaging: The qualified paper boxes are packaged according to customer requirements, generally using packaging materials such as cartons or plastic films to ensure that the paper boxes are not damaged during transportation and storage. At the same time, the product specifications, quantity, batch and other information are marked on the packaging.

Delivery: According to the delivery time and place specified by the customer, arrange transportation to deliver the goods to the customer in a timely and safe manner. Upon delivery, we will conduct an inventory and acceptance of the goods with the customer to ensure that the quantity and quality of the delivered goods are accurate.
