Plate preparation: According to the design documents determined by the customer, select appropriate plate making materials and processes, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the prepared printing plate, including graphic content, dimensional accuracy, dot quality, plate surface quality, etc., to ensure that the printing plate meets the printing requirements.
Formal printing: After the trial printing is qualified, formal printing production is carried out. During the printing process, the printing quality must be strictly controlled, and the quality of the printed products must be checked regularly.
Packaging: The qualified paper boxes are packaged according to customer requirements, generally using packaging materials such as cartons or plastic films to ensure that the paper boxes are not damaged during transportation and storage. At the same time, the product specifications, quantity, batch and other information are marked on the packaging.
Delivery: According to the delivery time and place specified by the customer, arrange transportation to deliver the goods to the customer in a timely and safe manner. Upon delivery, we will conduct an inventory and acceptance check of the goods with the customer to ensure that the quantity and quality of the goods delivered are accurate.
